A Tipping Point For Australia’s Housing Market

I sat down with Martin North of Digital Finance Analytics late last year to discuss one of the most overvalued real estate markets on this ball of dirt.

The recording was delayed due to the fact that Martin, being a smart guy, knew that in the summer holidays (for those of us in the Southern Hemisphere) many simply kick back, drink beer, and burn themselves in the sunshine.

And so the recording was delayed until now, when the sunburn is retreating and folks are back into the swing of things. The topics discussed were macro in nature and are now in full swing as I write this.

I hope you enjoy it and give Martin a follow on Twitter.

If you’re interested in the Australian and even Hobbitville New Zealand housing markets, he provides an incredibly sound resource.
